Orders are processed via PayPal or Square, accepting a range of debit and credit cards.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 days, depending on stock levels and production schedules, sometimes on the day of your order. However, our confections are handmade, and often to order, so at busy times orders can take longer.
If you opt for 24hr. shipping, we try to get those orders out same day, if you place your order before 3pm, but it might be the following day depending on stock and production schedules. If any items you’ve ordered are low on stock or have become out of stock, it may take a few days for us to make more.
Always let us know if an order is urgent. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail recently put up their prices, and we’ve been soaking up those costs for a few months, but we can’t afford to do that any longer, especially with the rising cost of ingredients and escalating energy bills. So reluctantly, we’ve had to put our prices up.

*A note about 2nd Class:
We did stop using 2nd class post by Royal Mail recently, because it’s such a slow and unpredictable service, but in the interest of keeping shipping costs down, we’ve started to use it again. Choose this option if you’re in no hurry for your order.

SPECIAL NOTICE ABOUT DELIVERIES TO REPUBLIC OF IRELAND:
Due to Brexit and the new border controls introduced, it has (frustratingly) become almost impossible for us to ship to the Republic of Ireland. So for the time being, we’re having to stop accepting orders from the Republic of Ireland. We’re sorry about this, and we hope we’ll be able to get our treats to you again very soon!
For now, as far as we can tell, deliveries to other areas of Europe are still ok, as are the rest of the world, so please email us telling us what you’d like to order so that we can calculate the shipping cost and give you an idea of the final billing amount.
Unfortunately food items can not be returned. However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase please contact us and we will endeavour to help to resolve the issue.
It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been paid for.
If your items don’t arrive:
If you items have not arrived please contact your local post depot and check whether they have your package. In the unfortunate event that Royal Mail mislay/fail to deliver your items, please wait 15 days, before we can refund you or send you a replacement.
In keeping with the new GDPR regulations, we will not use your contact information (or pass it on to anyone else!). By placing an order with us you are agreeing for us to use your contact information (email and postal address) so that we can send you emails specific to your order, and use your postal address to send your order to you (how else would you get them?!). If you check the newsletter box on the shopping cart, you are ‘opting-in’, agreeing for us to send you the very occasional newsletter email, so that we can keep you up to date with all the big changes we’ve got coming up as we grow our little vegan confectionery empire – there are exciting times ahead!
