Chocolate ‘buttercream’ filling, between two chocolate biscuit layers, smothered in chocolate.
Did we use the word ‘chocolate’ enough in that sentence? Probably not!!
Or, to put it another way – bourbon biscuits covered in chocolate, just like a certain lunchbox favourite that shares a name with a flightless bird from the southern hemisphere!
After an online revelation a couple of weeks ago, we bought some vegan friendly bourbons, smothered them in chocolate, and hey presto! Yummy!
What’s even nicer is, 10% of the profit is going to Sussex Wildlife Rescue and Roger’s Wildlife Rescue (although we’re sure they don’t have much to do with Penguins!).
